Log a risk sent to market — ties into the underwriter directory for MGA routing and turnaround tracking.
Creates the account here and adds the row to the Airtable Renewals table for you — no more hunting for an empty Grid-view row and waiting for the next sync. Only the company name is required; contact name and address stay in Little Bro (Airtable has no column for them).
Companies sit here for 30 days. Restore to put them back on the book. If nobody restores them, they are permanently removed from Little Bro and Airtable.

When did the quote actually come in? Defaults to today — back-date it if the underwriter sent it earlier and it's just being logged now.
Who quoted it and for how much? Add one line per quote — a package (GL + Property + Liquor) is several lines, and competing markets (e.g. Centrex vs Origin) each get their own.

Expiring terms stay at the top. Log each market quote as it comes in. Mark rework if you send it back — that invalidates the line and returns Quoted, Pitched, or Follow Up to Submissions.
Structured loss reasons power true vs. adjusted retention on Pipeline Analytics. Pick the closest match — same categories as Graveyard.
Carrier, MGA/wholesaler, premium, and effective date. Required before Quoted.
Agentic Enablement uses this so follow-ups know what we are waiting on. Example: add Garagekeepers.
This becomes this year’s renewal premium, carrier, and MGA.

Team access, pipeline automation, data tools, and the Ammar / Harry Knowledge Bank. Everyone can open Settings; only admins can change team / pipeline / data. The Layout upgrade toggle is per-browser and available to everyone. Team / pipeline changes save to data/settings.json on the server.
Each person has a display name (exports + audit log) and login email. Producer = assignable in the pipeline. Coordinator = Renewals Coordinator — their Pipeline boots to the pre-quote intake buckets (Unassigned, App Needed, NOCR, NONR, Submissions, Auto Renewal) across all producers. Admin = can edit Settings (team, pipeline, data). Team = which lane they work: Renewals (default), Post-Sales, Placements, Engineering, Service, Sales, or Special Projects. The team is the systematic gate for agentic parsing — renewals My Day digests only build for the Renewals lane, and Post-Sales lane Upsell-template sends auto-intake accounts into their pipeline. Keep at least one user and one admin.
View only — ask an admin if you need a change.
Reloads Little Bro as the selected user so you can test exactly what they see — pipeline, My Day, todos, everything. A banner shows who you really are, every action is audit-tagged to you, and Gmail is blocked while posing.
Controls how aggressively Pitched accounts auto-move to Follow Up when outreach goes stale. Switch when the team moves from the 30-day outreach window to the 60-day goal. Agentic Auto uses this same cadence.
Fleet kill switch for Agentic Enablement Auto-send (email + text from the assignee on the Follow Up SLA). Management can always see Auto. Only Trace and Garrett can turn it on unless you set an allowlist. Off = nobody can turn Auto on and no Auto send fires.
Policies sync live with Airtable (bidirectional). The CSV reimport was removed in v2.156.1 — data/csv/ exports are no longer used.
Snapshots of policies.json taken before restores and risky data operations. Restore any backup below — the current state is backed up first, so restore is reversible.

Who has the Management tier (roster-wide Coaching, Player Stats, prediction scoreboard). Core members are hardcoded on the server and can promote or remove promoted members here — promoted members see this roster read-only. Logic lives in /js/settings/management.js.
The upgraded Little Bro experience. Replaces the Personal / Tickets / Admin sidebar sections with two pinnable bars — the Hot Bar for views starred from the three main pages (Renewals, Post-Sales, Submissions) and the Tool Bar for every other starred item — plus a Hub button that opens a floating bubble launcher (Renewals, Post-Sales, Submissions, Quo, Personal, Tools, Tickets, Admin). Every tab stays reachable — nothing is removed. This preference is per-browser (saved locally, applies instantly, not part of Save settings) and is on by default — untick it here to go back to the classic layout in this browser.
Automatically raise the Harper renewals cover after you go idle in this browser — same screen as Escape. Idle means no typing, clicking, or scrolling in Little Bro; working on another monitor or app still counts down. Escape always works. Per-browser (local only, applies instantly).
